Surviving a Tornado

From CNN:

The same tornado, Amin said, virtually destroyed the tiny town of Phil Campbell, which has a population of little more than 1,000.

Those who survived the disaster thanked God or simple luck.

Just a quick note about the obvious: How can you tell the difference between God's interference and blind luck? I'll sit back and wait for my answer.

There is no such thing as luck - only God! Sometimes He intervenes to help a specific group of people, sometimes to punish and sometimes to make us stronger (think Job)!

Occasionally, God must sacrifice even his good sheep, but it all works out for good in the end!!

Whichever version fits your emotional needs at the time is the truth! If anyone goes against it, they must either be misinterpreting the signs or simple heathens confused by the ways or the world!

Hope I helped clear that up for you... ^_- *chuckle*

Once again, the people who thank God for saving them (even though he allowed the tornado that flattened their church in some cases), forget that God must have said "fuck you" to their Christian neighbors down the street who died! And I'm sure the deceased were praying as they died. God sure as hell does work in "mysterious ways".

It's ridiculous!
